Zhongtie offers a full range of tooling clamping systems—manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric—designed to meet various production needs. Whether for occasional tool changes or high-speed automated operations, our options significantly improve safety, efficiency, and tool retention for your press brake.

Working method: Each clamping point has an independent screw. When changing the mold, the operator must use a wrench or T-bar to individually loosen all screws, remove the old mold, place the new mold, and then individually tighten all screws again. The entire process is completely manual.

Operating method: The clamping on the upper mold of the bending machine is divided into several zones (usually corresponding to the clamping blocks' divisions). Each zone has a button or lever. During operation, simply pressing or pulling the button of that zone will instantly release or lock all the clamping blocks within that zone simultaneously through the internal cam, lever, or eccentric wheel mechanisms. Once released, the mold can be freely inserted or removed; pressing the button will securely lock the mold.

The most efficient and modern solutions represent the ultimate pursuit of 'production efficiency'.
Through the pneumatic control system on the bending machine, the operator only needs to press a button, and the compressed air will simultaneously drive the cylinders at all clamping points, achieving the synchronous release or clamping of all upper mold clamping blocks.
