ZHONGTIE plate rolling machine control system is further upgraded on the basis of the Siemens system. It features an intelligent touch screen and an additional compensation system. During plate rolling, it helps cope with various issues such as notches on rolled workpieces and undetected material springback. The system supports auxiliary and automatic calculation to apply corresponding compensation.
The side and top support arms prevent large-sized plates from deflecting during rolling. Automatic feeding can be added to facilitate tapered rolling. Suitable for oversized plates, reducing human error.
